Hulled seeds, with the outer husk removed, have a light color and delicate texture, making them ideal for baked goods and sweets production. Natural seeds, with the husk intact, provide a crunchier texture and slightly stronger flavor, suitable for applications requiring greater processing resistance. Roasted seeds, subjected to a roasting process, develop a more pronounced aroma and golden color, used to enhance the flavor profile of various preparations.
